Maintenance Method Of Vacuum Packaging Machine

1. Punctually fill the gear mesh of the vacuum packing machine, the oil injection hole of the bearing with seat and the moving parts with smooth oil, once a shift. Reducer represses oil-free operation. After 300 hours of initial operation, clean the interior with new oil, which will be changed every 2500 hours. When filling with smooth oil, please be careful not to drop oil on the transmission belt, in order to prevent the formation of slippage or belt premature aging damage. It should be used in the environment where the temperature is - 10 50 C, the relative humidity is not more than 85%, and the surrounding air is free of corrosive gas, dust and explosive risk. The same as baler and shrink machine, the active packaging machine is three-phase 380V power supply.

2. Always check the screws in all parts of the active packer, and there must be no loosening. Electrical parts should be waterproof, moisture-proof, anticorrosive and rodent resistant. Ensure that the electrical cabinet and terminals are clean to prevent electrical defects. During shutdown, the two heat seal body should be positioned in the open position to prevent blanching of packaging materials.

3, after shutdown, the metering section should be cleaned in time. As for the packaging materials such as granules and other high sugar content, ensure that each class can clean the turntable and the blanking door. Always clean the heat seal body to ensure that the packing products are clearly sealed. The scattered materials should be cleaned up in time and the machine parts of the active packaging machine should be kept clean so as to extend the service life. Always clean the photoelectric switch (electric eye) to ensure its reliable operation. Always clean the dust in the electric cabinet to prevent electrical defects such as short circuit or poor contact.
